The House

Situated in a residential area of Friday Street, this deceptively large bungalow has six bedrooms and plenty of shared space to allow for both communal living and peaceful privacy whenever required. It is well-suited for people who have mobility needs. Storage is available.

This is a newly refurbished home. The kitchen has ample space for relaxing or socialising. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, while an additional sink and cooking facilities in the same room are accessible for wheelchair users. There is a laundry-room adjacent to the kitchen comprising a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying space. The kitchen has wall-length patio doors at one end that lead out to a lovely garden. The garden has a good-size lawn area, a summer house, a vegetable patch and a small pond, along with fruit trees.
The lounge has a retro 1960s feel to the décor and has a large flat-screen television.
Each of the six double bedrooms have TV aerial sockets and are lightly furnished. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the back garden area.

There are three toilets and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a corner bath, the other is a wet room with a wheelchair-accessible shower. Each bathroom has been recently tiled and decorated.
