The House

Situated in a quiet residential street in central Bexhill this large Victorian terraced house in Reginald Road has six bedrooms and enjoys a quiet and calm atmosphere with plenty of space to allow for both communal living and peaceful privacy whenever required. Local/Community Facilities

The house is two minutes walking distance from the main Bexhill shops (including a large Sainsbury’s). Bexhill and Collington railway stations are both within walking distance and there are also bus routes close, making Hastings or Eastbourne easy to reach. The seafront, promenade, Egerton Park and museum are all a few minutes’ walk away, as is the De La Warr Pavilion, which offers a theatre, art galleries, café bar and restaurant. There are social clubs and day centres in Bexhill as well as tennis, bowls, putting greens and boating lake. The swimming pool and leisure centre, ten-pin bowling club and shopping centre (including Tescos) is about a mile away. There is a choice of local churches.

Extra storage facilities in the large basement area may be available for residents’ use.
