The House

Situated on a residential street just off of Eastbourne Seafront/Grand Parade, this house comprises six double-bedrooms, all with en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The house has a front courtyard area that extends to the side. The entryway also has a small conservatory area with seating. Once inside, there is a large open-plan kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, as well as a bright and spacious living room with television. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floor of the house. As well as the en-suite facilities in each bedroom, there are a further two toilets in the house on the ground and first floors. An additional upstairs room serves as an activity room. This house is currently unique to our properties in that it has facilities for a personal assistant to stay overnight to provide cover in case of emergency.

Local/Community Facilities

This house is a stone’s throw from Eastbourne seafront and beach. Situated just off Grand Parade in a residential area, the house is a 10-15 minute walk from Eastbourne town centre and train station and a 15 minute walk from Princes’ Park. Being right on the seafront, the house is well-served by local bus routes. The local GP surgery is a 5-minute walk from the house. There are also several restaurants in the local area as well as shops (including a local supermarket) and places of worship within walking distance.
